Armando brings more than two decades of enterprise claims and TPA leadership to his role as Elysian's Head of Claims Strategy. His career has spanned complex commercial lines across carriers and third-party administrators, where he developed deep expertise in claims operations, program design, and the structural challenges that prevent organizations from closing claims with consistency and confidence. At Elysian, Armando translates that experience into strategy, working alongside the company's AI and claims operations teams to ensure that what gets built reflects how claims actually work in practice.
